The learnings regarding the post-covid effects at work, supposes for 2021 to be a year full of reinvention of the individual in a process of labor transformation marked by the “resilience of adaptation to change”. Global companies are facing an attraction of specialized talent where, in addition to finding all the certification and/or capacities required to execute a project, those of the individual are added. These capacities are put to test during the interaction with the other resources available around them, which allows them to develop a project successfully and therefore overcome the competition as required in a globalized environment.

The new models of remote work require a new form of adaptation to carry out the work, triggering a series of changes necessary to provide the correct knowledge acquired through experience according to the requirement in a competitive market (better rates, better working conditions, greater specialization, and others). There are work responsibilities that force us to adapt to the life cycle of clients, such as: changes in schedules, the way of communicating, knowing the social environment, habits, customs, culture, rhythm of life, as well as the way of carrying out the activities of the job simultaneously with other team members who might be based in other countries. In this sense, a work goal is developed within the individual towards continuity, survival and job permanence in a global world, while also seeking the well-being of the collaborators and the success of the projects.

There is a lot of talent out there where the opportunity and flexibility to participate in a collaborative environment is provided. Large and complex projects can be carried out, even when there is an imminent wave of competition to overcome challenges and opportunities demanded by the market.

Providing this type of talented individuals an opportunity to work in an environment where there are no borders, allows them attain high professional growth. Technology contributes to potentiate the quality of talent to adapt their way of doing work in a remote setting, it has been the protagonist in the strengthening of adaptation to a gradual change of new work models that now make people's lives easier. Technology can facilitate both communication and current work tasks, creating a more efficient and productive work-flow.

Currently, most global organizations face a series of challenges that the market demands, such as developing their commercial business strategies consumed via mobile devices regardless of space, time or distance, based on profitability, quality, price and service algorithms to the client. To achieve this, these companies have adopted new ways of working with their collaborators through mobile and collaborative environments, allowing them to be more competitive and more assertive in the way they conduct business.

Technology is constantly changing and therefore requires constant updating. Previously, with a certain level of knowledge, you could adequately do repetitive, intermittent or static work. Today, we focus on greater innovation, perseverance, diversity, and creativity while allocating most of the resources to focus on profitability based on customer needs, differentiation, knowledge and collaboration.

To overcome this challenge, it is very important that employees. have a series of skills and a high adaptability to the rhythm of the organization, while also understanding the needs of customers. During this transformation process, enabling participation of individuals in the strategic deployment of new business models and their underlying technology is vital to ensure permanence in today’s highly competitive market.
