Good morning dear readers, welcome to the Technological blog of RightSource Mexico, I will be sharing technical information, advances, innovations, and others related to telecommunications, networks, computer services and technology in general.
For this first blog I have chosen a topic that is constantly growing and has already become transcendental for the vision of many companies, both financially and functionally, where the main objective is to have access to information (source of any current operation of any company) in a way, fast, practical, simple to use technologically and resource optimization.
Cloud Services
The overall picture expected for cloud services and projections by 2021.
Driven by the most used cloud applications, data center traffic is growing rapidly. The study conducted by various universities in the United States, predicts that the global information traffic of the cloud data centers will reach 19.5 zettabytes (ZB) annually by 2021, compared with the annual 6.0 ZB of 2016 - growing 3.3 times, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 27% between 2016 and 2021.
Globally, cloud data center traffic will represent 95% of total data center traffic by 2021, exceeding 88% in 2016. This causes special attention to be given to massive security methods, as well as Efficient and functional (eliminate latencies, network encouragement, and bandwidth management). In the past, security concerns were an important barrier to cloud adoption.
Improvements in data center management and information control have helped minimize business risk and better protect information. There are innovations based mainly on software and virtualization that make the schemes more secure, in addition to the increasing adoption by open system operating systems ("Open Source").
Security innovations and the tangible benefits of cloud computing, such as scalability and economies of scale, play a central role in boosting cloud growth that is projected in the study.
Also, the multiplication of Internet of Things (IoT) applications - such as smart cars, smart cities, connected health services, and public digital services – requires scalable computing and storage solutions that can meet the new and growing demands of the data center. By 2021, leading companies in the industry such as Cisco expects IoT connections to reach 13.7 billion (exceeding 5.8 billion in 2016).
The virtualization of the data center and cloud computing, as well as intelligent information storage systems, are the main elements for a transformation in the way in which the services are delivered in the parse cloud. This increases cloud computing security needs and trends to follow operating systems that minimize risk such as open system calls. All together making the great challenge of having more and more self-sustainable and self-configurable networks such as networks defined by software (SDN).
Thus, the applications that consumers use the most information are currently social networks, internet searches, and online video streaming. And this is being used by the main corporate training and information; We have as an example the news industry, the online series and movie industry, as well as the different advertising media in these media. Also, large financial corporations take advantage of these technological improvements to make applications that bring their clients the ability to perform their banking or financial operations in general in an increasingly practical and simple way for the end-user.
As these changes are made globally, integrating companies and cloud services try to be at the forefront and reboot with innovations in applications since open systems allow the appropriate modification or adjustment for each industry turn I need it.
Thus, throughout the industry in general, leading growth areas are manifested, such as the planning of company resources (ERP management), collaboration (call both voice and data *), analytics, and other business applications.

The growing need for a cloud data resource center has led to the development of large-scale cloud data centers, called hyper-scale data centers. In this year's prediction, it is expected that by 2021 there will be 628 hyper-scale data centers globally, compared to 338 in 2016.

Therefore a change is being made in the way of designing these data centers thinking more about future business needs and contemplating the impact that this transformation may have, which Cisco globalizes in large stoneware:
1.- Diversity of Applications: Where the appropriate combination of cloud applications based on open systems is intended, with security levels that allow the transmission and use of data reliably.
2.- Agility: When the information is found in the cloud, it is better to access it through practical and profitable means.
3.- Reduce risks: Various applications that reduce human errors considerably, since cyber attacks are increasingly complex.
Thus giving a summary of what has been observed in this technological transformation, companies involved in the improvement of attracting and retaining customers to their business platforms are forced to be supported by technology as one of the main tools where they can deliver its services to the end-user practically and reliably. Going through the base of taking care of costs and covering global needs.
The solution that is being presented as a cloud service is increasingly accepted and visible as the practical, low-risk, agile and simple solution to manage and maintain.
For this occasion we will be leaving the subject here, but not before telling you that we will continue to deepen the various technologies that, as noted, are combined and added to have a total solution as in this case.
